Medicines and Prescriptions

Following applicable state and federal laws and to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, any medication sold without a prescription (over the counter) or dispensed on a prescription in our prescription book cannot be accepted for return. Only in the event that it could be understood that there was an error in the dispensing and at the discretion of the pharmacist handling the situation, a medication may be exchanged. The fact that a pharmacist determines to exchange a medication under these circumstances or as a customer service measure does not mean that Farmacias Caridad or Pharmamax are accepting that there was an error and, therefore, responsibility.

WE HAVE AVAILABLE THE LIST OF MEDICINES CONTROLLED BY DACO. PLEASE REQUEST IT IN THE PRESCRIPTION SECTION.
